Processing Time

All orders would be processed and shipped within 7 days.
Customised wigs will be shipped within 14 days.
This processing time frame is subject to change due to sales or holidays.

Delivery

United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
International: 5- 11 days

We will aim to meet these delivery times.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
We do not accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items such as hair

We protect our rights to reject a refund / exchange under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000. This Acts states that certain goods by reason of their nature cannot be returned. Hair extensions & wigs fall into this category for hygiene reasons and therefore once opened or once the extensions have been taken out of their inner packaging, they will be exempt from refund or exchange.

As part of the COVID guidelines and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.

The only exceptions where a refund/exchange will be considered will be in extremely rare cases, where the wrong order was shipped or the order is damaged upon receipt. We would request for evidence, such as images and receipts.

Contact must be made via email within 7 days to authorise refunds, and items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
